Aluminum Extrusion

Aluminum Extrusion is a profile in which aluminum ingots are extruded through a die with the same shape under high pressure in a semi-molten state. Extruded Aluminum Radiator is the most common design method at present, because the aluminum extrusion molds for aluminum extruded radiators are relatively cheap, the construction methods are mature and stable, complex shapes can be made, and they are characterized by high production efficiency.

Stamping

Stamping Heat Sink of the sheet metal method can be roughly divided into punching type and flat type. When the design of the heat sink is limited by the limited space and parts need to be avoided, the aluminum sheet can be stamped and bent to cross the surrounding parts and increase the heat dissipation area. It is a very suitable trade-off application under the condition of cost and performance requirements.
