At Arlitech, we are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace. We believe in offering equal opportunities for employees, regardless of their generation. To foster a comfortable and efficient work environment, we provide a variety of facilities, such as ergonomic chairs, external monitors, a karaoke system, Nintendo Switch, and a foosball table. These amenities support both productivity and relaxation. We also organize regular activities to encourage employee interaction, collaboration, and motivation. This helps us create a vibrant and supportive workplace culture. Our diversity efforts are especially focused on women and young employees. Currently, women make up 60% of our workforce. The proportion of female managers has increased from 28.57% to 41.67%. The proportion of young employees has also grown, from 3.53% to 5%.
