Retirement
To support the retirement life of our employees, promote labor-management relations, and improve work efficiency, we have established the Labor Retirement Program. This program offers three retirement options: voluntary retirement, mandatory retirement, and early retirement with benefits. We have also set up the Supervisory Committee of Business Entities’ Labor Retirement Reserve to oversee The Old Fund, to which we contribute 2% of employees' salary costs each month. In addition, we contribute 6% to The New Fund, ensuring the protection of employees' retirement benefits.
