🔻 Industry-Academia Collaboration

At Arlitech, we understand the importance of nurturing the next generation of talent. Since 2021, we have actively run an internship program, offering students the chance to gain valuable work experience and develop essential skills. Through strong partnerships with local universities, we provide both semester- and year-long internships. In addition, we participate in campus recruitment events. These occasions allow us to engage directly with students and university representatives, providing career guidance and creating opportunities for growth.

• Campus Career Fairs: National Taiwan University, Fu Jen Catholic University, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Chihlee University of Technology, and more.
• Corporate Internships: From 2022 to 2023, we offered individual internships and career counseling. These programs provided valuable opportunities for workplace learning and networking. At the same time, they helped foster local youth talent, preparing them for future employment.

🔻 Social Engagement

Arlitech is committed to social engagement and actively participates in a range of charitable initiatives. We have long supported local nonprofit organizations and sponsor university basketball teams to promote sports development. In the event of natural disasters, we quickly organize donations and relief efforts, providing full support for the recovery of affected communities.
