Arlitech Honored with "Health 99" in the 2024 Corporate Health Responsibility Awards

Arlitech is honored to receive the “Health 99” designation in the 2024 Corporate Health Responsibility (CHR) Awards. Among 226 participating companies, we were recognized for our commitment to a healthy work environment, enhancing employees’ quality of life, and fostering a positive corporate culture.

Supporting employee wellness is a core value at Arlitech. To address common health challenges in the workplace, we launched the “Fitness Challenge,” a program designed to help employees build healthier lifestyles. This initiative provides dietary guidance, fitness classes, health lectures, newsletters, and even a podcast series covering various wellness topics. The Fitness Challenge also encourages team and individual participation through competitions, public recognition, and rewards. This ongoing support has helped employees build lasting exercise and dietary habits, while also strengthening team spirit and a culture of encouragement.

Arlitech will continue to invest in initiatives that promote health and wellness. We remain dedicated to supporting the physical and mental well-being of our employees, creating positive impacts for both our workforce and society.
